Teams or individuals may enter either event. All competitors in the sporter event fire a 3x10 course of fire. All competitors in the precision event fire a 40 shot standing course of fire. The four highest scoring sporter or precision firers representing a team or club comprise the team score for that organization. Individuals and teams are ranked by state. The ten highest scoring state champion sporter teams, the ten highest scoring state champion precision teams and the ten highest ranking at-large individuals qualify for the US Army Jr Air Rifle National Championship.  |
