The following biography was written by Hap Rocketto LCDR Webster M. Wright, Jr. USN (Ret)is triple Distinguished as well as holding the two NRA smallbore Distinguished awards. A Naval Academy graduate, class of 1964, he was designated a Naval aviator and saw combat in Viet Nam as a helicipter pilot. Wright is a world champion and record holder. He learned his shooting skills at the knee of the great Art Sievers. Wright's son, Webster M. Wright III, is a noted smallbore shooter and career Army officer. |
