CMP Annual Report Authorization

Thank you for choosing to complete your organizations's annual report online by using the CMP Club Tracker. In order to complete your annual report you will need a copy of your organization's CMP letter requesting the submission of your annual report. This letter has your club ID number, and an authorization password. You should have received this letter either via email or via US mail.

If you have previously registered with the CMP Club Tracker (have a ID and password) you may log on here to manager your Club and submit your annual report. You do not have to go through the registration process again.

As part of the CMP annual report process, the CMP will ask you to register with our online database. Only the CMP Contact designated by your club will have the authorization to complete your annual report online.
